Our client in property management is looking for an Executive Driver to provide reliable, safe, and professional transportation services to executive management, clients, and official visitors. The ideal candidate will have extensive driving experience, excellent knowledge of Nairobi and its environs, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of vehicle maintenance and personal professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely, and professional driving services for the company’s executive management, staff, clients, and guests.
- Maintain company vehicles in top operational condition by carrying out routine checks (oil, water, tire pressure, brakes) and ensuring timely servicing.
- Ensure assigned vehicles are kept clean, presentable, and well-maintained at all times.
- Plan efficient travel routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations, accounting for traffic patterns and road conditions.
- Maintain accurate mileage logs, fuel consumption records, and service history for assigned vehicles.
- Handle administrative tasks such as vehicle insurance renewals, inspection scheduling, and reporting maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
- Execute errands, document deliveries, and other driving-related tasks as assigned by management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding discussions, documents, and passenger privacy during transit.
Requirements
- Valid Kenyan Driving License with endorsement for passenger vehicles (Class BCE / DL Class B, C, C1, etc.).
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct (Police Clearance Certificate).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably as an Executive, Corporate, or Personal Driver.
- Defensive driving training or certification is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of auto mechanics and vehicle troubleshooting.
- Excellent knowledge of Nairobi roads, traffic rules, and alternative routes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Swahili.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, discretion, and professional grooming.
- Minimum KCSE certificate or equivalent.

Financial Accountant

Our client in the property management sector is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Financial Accountant to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll processing, and statutory compliance. The successful candidate will maintain accurate financial records, support budgeting, manage accounts payable/receivable, and ensure full alignment with accounting standards and Kenyan statutory regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date accounting records in the financial system.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collection.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
- Process payroll accurately and file all statutory returns (PAYE, NSSF, SHIF/NHIF, NITA) on or before statutory deadlines.
- Prepare and file VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), and Corporate Income Tax returns via iTax.
- Support annual external audit preparations and liaise with external auditors.
- Monitor budget execution, identify variances, and provide analytical insights to management.
- Ensure robust internal controls, financial policies, and compliance procedures are consistently applied.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and audit trails.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fully qualified CPA (K) or ACCA finalist with active ICPAK membership preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, preferably within property management or corporate services.
- Demonstrated experience in statutory filings (KRA iTax, SHIF, NSSF, NITA).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
